Two years after the team was formed, Carolina Black Ice have won gold at the US Nationals in Eloy, Arizona. The team has worked incredibly hard to get to this point. Brenda Kramer was injured in June on a big way that stalled training for a period of time and Tim Tennant struggled through a lot of pain through the season. All sacrificed, which made this victory so very sweet. The awards banquet will be tonight at 9:30pm EST. I will add these pictures late tonight to the photos section, so be on the lookout.
To close out this Nationals, I have to give this team great props. The balance of personalities was perfect. Each individual represents class and they are a compliment for Skydive Carolina. They are well deserved champions! There will be a great party in Arizona tonight!
